Esse modulador é usado para alimentar sinais de áudio e vídeo, através de conector HDMI para uma rede de cabo coaxial. Sinais de CFTV, mediaplayers, receptores de satélite ou computadores. O sinal é modulado em RF e esta disponível para qualquer quantidade de receptores (TV, Set-top-box) para longas distâncias.
